Travel Occupational Therapist, Long-Term Care - $2,550 per week

GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a position in Creston, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Assess and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• BLS certification, AHA preferred.
• Current, valid occupational therapy certifications.
• Currently listed registry in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience in occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience in occupational therapy.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
