About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a position in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
- Assess and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- BLS certification, AHA preferred.
- Current, valid certifications.
- Currently listed registry in state of practice.
- Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
