Experience

• 1+ years of OT experience [REQUIRED]
• Long-term care (LTC) or Rehab Experience [REQUIRED]
• New Grads considered with Level II experience

Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license [REQUIRED]
• Must have active OT license at time of submission

• Skills checklist within 1 year [REQUIRED]
• 0-1 reference at time of submission [REQUIRED]

Additional Requirements

• Adherence to NBCOT and State Required Practice Acts, Code of Conduct, and Ethics
• Must have Oklahoma state license
