Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall day‑to‑day operations of occupational therapy services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
• Promotes wellness through patient assessment, care planning, and direct treatment

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy Licensure in Wisconsin
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• At least 1 year of experience as an OT
• Prior experience in an LTAC setting preferred

Pay

$1,950 – $2,133 per week (based on 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours/week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined). 13‑week contract with possibility of extension.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week. 8‑hour day shifts.
