Provide therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Woodruff, WI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions according to established protocols and treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions

Requirements

• Current license to practice therapy in Wisconsin
• One year of relevant experience in inpatient rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficiency in using the Epic charting system
