About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at an acute care hospital in Vancouver, WA. This position offers a competitive salary of $2222.00 to $2452.00 weekly for a 13-week assignment. Shifts are available as either 4, 10-hour days (07:00 - 17:30) or 5, 8-hour days (07:00 - 15:30), with an alternative schedule option.

Responsibilities

• Discharge planning
• Evaluation and plan of care development
• Reassessments
• Acute care patient care
• Use of adaptive equipment
• Patient/family education
• Pre-discharge planning
• Safety and injury prevention

Requirements

• Experience: 1 year
• Required Certifications & Skills: BLS

Qualifications

Must be licensed to practice in the state of Washington.
