Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting.
• Utilize charting systems: Oasis and Homecare Homebase.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in occupational therapy.

Pay

$2,445.40 to $2,638.20 weekly, including taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment.
• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00).
• Start date: 08/17/2026.
