Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in outpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care in accordance with established charting systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Arizona
• One year of relevant experience in occupational therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
