About the role

Provides therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Works closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient care activities and progress in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current license to practice therapy in Missouri
• One year of relevant experience in inpatient rehabilitation
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) certification preferred
• Experience with Epic charting system

Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in rehabilitation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
