About the Role
This position involves traveling to and working at multiple Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTAC) in Daytona Beach, FL. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
As a Travel OT (Occupational Therapist), you will be responsible for:
- Assessing patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
- Developing and implementing treatment plans to improve patient function
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the Epic charting system
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Providing patient education and support
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Florida
- Experience in Long-Term Acute Care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Passport and ability to travel
