Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on patient needs
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient interactions and progress in the electronic health record system

Requirements

• Current license to practice therapy in Iowa
• One year of relevant experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Proficiency in the Epic charting system

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience: One year of relevant experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings
