About the Role

Provide therapy services in an acute care hospital setting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assessment and evaluation of patients
• Development and implementation of treatment plans
• Use of adaptive equipment and techniques
• Communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Documentation in the Epic charting system
