Travel Nurses, Inc. is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position at Dignity Health Rehab Hospital in Chandler, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software.
