Travel Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation - $2,675 per week

Occupational Therapist Inpatient in the Canyons area. This role involves providing direct patient services, including evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities

• Assessing and evaluating patients according to physician orders and standards of practice
• Developing and providing appropriate interventions
• Educating patients and caregivers
• Participating in quality improvement efforts
• Documenting patient progress
• Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Current license in the state of practice for Occupational Therapy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Previous inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred)
• Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience (preferred)
• QI credentialing (preferred)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).

Schedule

Schedule: 5‑8 hour days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with weekends as needed (advance notice required). 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts.
