Travel Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation - $2,238 per week
About the role
Travel Occupational Therapist needed for a 13-week contract at a 40-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) in Crown Point, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of each patient.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs aimed at improving patients' functional abilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
- Experience in acute rehabilitation preferred; however, strong applicants will also be considered.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
The standard work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There may be a requirement for one Saturday coverage per month if possible as part of the contract.
