Travel Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation - $2,229 per week

Travel Occupational Therapist position available in Crown Point, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a community setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Indiana.
• Experience working in a community stroke and rehab setting preferred.
• Knowledge of community-based rehabilitation techniques and interventions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the national OT licensing exam.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.
