Travel Occupational Therapist, Inpatient Rehabilitation - $2,046 per week

American Traveler is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, patient-first rehabilitation services tailored to each patient's recovery needs.
• Experience with group and concurrent therapy modes is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are important for this role.
• Olive green scrubs required.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience required.
• Experience in acute, subacute, SNF, or inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
• AHA certifications required.
• Active OT license required if applicable.
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months.
• Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment.
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel assignment.

Skills

• Experience with specialized equipment such as Smart Car, In-Motion Arm Bionik, Saebo, TBI gym, dedicated transfer rooms, outdoor functional courtyard, EKSO, and Senaptec.
• Experience with Cerner EHR system.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Day shift, Tuesday through Saturday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
