About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role involves providing specialized care and customized rehabilitation tailored to patients recovering from various conditions including stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic injuries. The ideal candidate will contribute to maximizing health, function, and quality of life for a patient population that requires comprehensive rehabilitation support.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients’ rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver functional interventions and conduct group/concurrent therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum one year of experience in acute, subacute, skilled nursing facilities, or inpatient rehabilitation.
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience with functional interventions and group therapy modalities.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay & Schedule
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
