Travel Occupational Therapist position available at Jacksonville Rehab Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop therapeutic interventions to promote independence and participation in daily activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Florida.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
