About the role
Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Santa Rosa, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Conduct assessments to determine patient needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in California
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
