Travel Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab - $2,550 per week

About the role

Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) position located in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role involves treating a diverse patient population, including geriatric, pediatric, neurological, and orthopedic cases. The position focuses on patient care during weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Treat 7‑10 patients per day (geriatric, pediatric, neurological, orthopedic)
• Provide occupational therapy inpatient care
• Collaborate with lead therapist and rehab technician
• Complete department‑specific orientation (1‑2 shifts), Epic training, and mentorship as needed
• Work in an inpatient rehab care setting with a lead therapist available each shift
• Assist with patient care and cleaning alongside one rehab technician

Requirements

• Active Michigan license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• EMR experience with Epic
• Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience preferred (not mandatory)
