Responsibilities

• Provide occupational-therapy services in the assigned setting.

Requirements

• Current or pending state OT license (or equivalent compact license).
• Active BLS and/or specialty certifications for occupational therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent OT experience.
• Current resume.
• Two current leadership references and one current co-worker reference.
• Must pass background check and urine drug screening.

Pay

Highly competitive pay rates based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, plus a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined upon confirmation).
