The position involves providing occupational therapy services to patients at San Juan Rehab Hospital in Farmington, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 36 hours per week
• 12 hours shift
• Current State Licensure
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working as a full-time Occupational Therapist
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years
