Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat both short and long-term patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to enhance residents' independence in daily activities and improve overall quality of life.
• Collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe discharges and maximize functional potential through various treatment approaches.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
