About the role
Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Fall River, South Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and administer therapy modalities prescribed by physicians
- Restore function and prevent disability through patient assessments and treatment administration
- Collaborate with families to foster a respectful environment
- Maintain safety and documentation standards
Requirements
- Current OT license
- EMR System experience
- 1 year of relevant experience
- BLS certification
