Assignment Details

• Setting: Inpatient Rehab unit
• Shift: Days, 3x12hrs (12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week)
• Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts, 8:00am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday with flex days
• Weekend coverage: One weekend per month
• Start Date: November 2, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Valid state OT license required if applicable
• Amp Care certification preferred but not required
• 1–2 years of LTAC/Acute Care Hospital/Med-Surg experience preferred

• Any call-outs must be given with more than 24 hours notice
• Time off requests only approved at time of submission and cannot be approved after offer
• Cannot take every holiday off
