This position involves providing inpatient occupational therapy services in a hospital setting. The role supports patient recovery through skilled therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and independence. Job Details Certifications: MI State Occupational Therapist License, AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS), National Provider Identifier (NPI) required. Candidate without an NPI must initiate the application process. Education: Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Location Requirements: Candidate must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility. Experience: Minimum of two years working as an inpatient occupational therapist. Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with start date on 11/09/2026 and end date on 02/06/2027. Responsibilities include delivering skilled inpatient therapy, complying with infection control policies during flu season, and participating in a holiday rotation if applicable. Additional Information: During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccinations is required to wear a mask at all times, in accordance with organizational policy.
