Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient occupational therapy services for geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients.
• Address musculoskeletal, neurological, and developmental therapy needs.
• Deliver outpatient adult and pediatric services as needed.
• Cover acute hospital and outpatient settings.
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio across all populations.
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
• Adhere to professional scrub attire dress code; open-toed shoes and casual wear are not permitted.

Requirements

• Current Tennessee (TN) Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start date.
• Certification/licensure to practice as an OT in Tennessee.
• Minimum 0 years of OT experience required; 2+ years preferred.

Qualifications

Eligible to work as an Occupational Therapist in Tennessee with the required licensure and BLS certification.
