About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in the Salinas, CA territory.
Responsibilities
- Serving the Salinas, CA territory
- Working 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Handling up to 5–6 patients per day with a standard productivity expectation of 30 points
- Having a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio
- Might require weekend availability as needed
- No on-call requirement
- Using EMR: Home Health MD
Requirements
- Active CA OT license
- At least 1 year of home health experience
- OASIS experience required
- Current BLS certification
- Personal, reliable transportation required
- Ability to travel up to 50+ miles within the service territory on occasion
Qualifications
- Professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years are required
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
