About the role
Seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Medford, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in using medical equipment and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay
Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
