About the Role

This role involves delivering quality occupational therapy care in a home health setting, collaborating with a team to meet patient needs and ensure safe, effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in home health settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Complete charting via phone or laptop using the Rover application.
• Minimal daily travel (approximately 20 miles) within Marin County and Sonoma County, including Petaluma.
• May require on-call or weekend coverage as needed.
• Participate in float rotation if required.

Requirements

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license.
• BLS certification.
• CPR certification.
• No minimum years of experience required.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, days (8:30 am to 5:00 pm).
• Monday through Friday.
• Minimum 40 hours per week.
• 30-week duration starting 09/07/2026.
