Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 22-week assignment starting August 7, 2026, in Lexington, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain or improve daily skills
• Work with patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities
• Explore a new location during this assignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active State License to start the assignment
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARCC
• PR certification required
• Occupational Therapy license required
• OASIS and home health experience required
• Bachelor's Degree required

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Productivity Expectation

30 points per week

Mileage

Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
