Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health - $2,272 per week
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring Lexington, Kentucky.
About the Role
This is a travel assignment with the following details:
- Start Date: 08/23/2026
- Duration: 22 weeks
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
- Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
- Coverage area includes multiple counties in the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification may be required (from AHA or ARC)
- CPR certification required
- Occupational Therapy license required
- HCHB experience required
- OASIS and home health experience required
