Travel Occupational Therapist position in Hermiston, Oregon. Start date: October 5, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel. Setting: Home health, providing patient care in patients’ homes. Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional assessments and reassessments
• Develop treatment plans
• Provide patient education and rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• May be floated to other qualified departments before core staff are floated

Requirements

• Home health experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
• BLS certification required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must have reliable personal vehicle
• Proof of current auto insurance required
• Must work Thanksgiving and New Year’s
