Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled interventions based on physician orders
• Evaluate patient needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient goals
• Conducting patient assessments
• Establishing treatment goals
• Modifying care plans as needed
• Ensuring quality patient care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Pass the NBCOT exam
• Hold or be applying for state licensure
• At least one year of experience
• Maintain current CPR certification
