About the role

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment focused on rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Assessing referred patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation potential.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and patient needs.
• Providing skilled occupational therapy interventions and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and meet patient care goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program and passing the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience.
• Current state licensure or active application process.
• CPR certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
