About the role
We are seeking a travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The position may involve working in inpatient and outpatient rehab facilities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and treating patients with functional, cognitive, or mobility impairments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary rehab team
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Wyoming OT license or ability to obtain before start
- Minimum of 1 year of OT experience, preferably in acute care, SNF, or outpatient settings
- Current BLS certification
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation abilities
Schedule
- Full-time, typically 5x8-hour shifts per week
