Travel Occupational Therapist - Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This is a full-time, 13-week contract with 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to develop therapy plans and discharge recommendations
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes
• Communicate functional changes and barriers to support care planning

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to document accurately and efficiently
