Travel Occupational Therapist - Full-Time

About the Role

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy in patients' homes, focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), home safety, adaptive equipment, upper extremity function, cognitive rehabilitation, and maximizing independence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, nurses, speech therapists, and case managers to deliver quality care and build meaningful patient relationships.

Treat diverse patient populations such as orthopedic, neurologic, post-surgical, and medically complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Strong clinical skills in home health settings.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling within a designated territory.
