Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) position available in Pine Bluff, AR.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct patient care through therapeutic exercises and treatments
• Maintain and monitor patient progress
• Communicate findings to supervising Occupational Therapists
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care
• Document patient interventions with guidance

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current COTA license in Arkansas
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings (preferred)
