Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 13‑week assignment in Sheridan, Wyoming, starting 11/02/2026. The position guarantees 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts. A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed to deliver high‑quality patient care in various settings under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. Holiday coverage is not required.
Responsibilities
- Implementing treatment plans designed to improve patients' daily living skills.
- Monitoring patient progress and reporting outcomes to the occupational therapist.
- Educating patients and families about occupational therapy processes and goals.
- Maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a COTA.
- Valid COTA certification.
- Holiday coverage not required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively with patients of various ages and backgrounds.
