Travel Occupational Therapist - Acute Therapy - $2,580 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Urbana, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a therapy setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assist patients in achieving independence through therapeutic activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Illinois
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience working in an outpatient or inpatient setting preferred
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and techniques
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and documentation systems
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Pay
