Travel Occupational Therapist – Acute Rehabilitation - $2,197 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in an ARU setting, though SNF, OP, or Acute care experience will also be considered. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing therapies that enhance recovery and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Preferred experience in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit setting.
• Understanding of EMR systems, specifically Meditech.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit setting.
• SNF, OP, or Acute care experience is also considered.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and occasional weekend days.
