About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract position in Fort Mohave, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients in an acute rehab setting
- Use of Medhost, Redoc, Nethealth EMR as needed
- Experience with occupational therapy
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License
- Active BLS Certification
- Experience with Medhost, Redoc, Nethealth EMR preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred)
