Travel Occupational Therapist - Acute Rehab - $2,280 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Tulsa, Oklahoma, starting July 26, 2026. This position offers 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift in an acute hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an acute rehab unit within an acute care hospital.

Requirements

• Experience: Acute care experience required.
• Setting: 100% Acute Rehab in an acute hospital setting.

Credentials and Requirements

• Personal Health History: MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella, Tdap.
• Optional Personal Health History: Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire.
• Professional Credentials: Ascension Badge Photo, Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Profile, Ascension 2 Professional References.
• Professional Requirements for Onboarding: Criminal Background Check Results, Ascension EPLS, Skills Checklist, 12 Panel Drug Screen, Education Verification, Confirmation of Assignment, Employment Verification.
• Optional Professional Credentials: Ascension Name Change Document, Hiring Manager Evaluation.
• Licensure and Certifications: License/Certificate Verification required.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
