About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a 30-bed acute inpatient rehab setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, days
- Wear black scrubs or business casual attire
- Preferred experience with neurological diagnoses
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Kansas
- Experience with inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred
- Knowledge of neurological diagnoses beneficial
Qualifications
- Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Current certification in occupational therapy
- Passing score on the national certification exam
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Benefits
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
