Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 6-week assignment in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient needs and progress towards goals.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Missouri.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
