Travel Occupational Therapist, Acute Care Hospital - $2,526 per week

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Cookeville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Tennessee.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Ability to work flexible hours including 10-hour shifts, rotating schedule.
• Travel to various locations within Tennessee as needed.
