Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Indiana.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with patients who have physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and techniques for patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
