About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Cookeville, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Tennessee.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
